Redden Rock Construction is a new company specializing in renovating and rehabbing distressed single family homes.

Redden Rock started in 2022 by Shawn Bates. After 25 years in the Information Technology field, working for many fortunate 500 companies in many different roles, Shawn decided to fulfill his dream of owning a construction company that rehab homes. Shawn along with his wife Sharon, who has owned and managed a real estate company for over 20 years, has the skills, experience, and expertise to make Redden Rock Construction Company one of the best rehab companies in the Chicagoland area.

Company Mission

Our mission is to transform houses into dream homes by providing exceptional renovation services that enhance both the beauty and value of properties, while revitalizing communities and exceeding client expectations.

Goals & Objectives

It should take no more than a month to find a property to rehab. We want to flip at least 1 house every quarter to reach our goal of flipping 4 houses a year. Each flip should take between 3 to 6 months to complete. We plan to have multiple rehab projects working in parallel.

  • Complete at least 4 projects during year one, 6 in year two, and 8 in year three
  • Rehab homes and make value add improvements for our customers that increase the market value
  • Maintain an excellent reputation as a quality business that always exceeds our homeowners' expectations
  • Increase revenue from $100,000 in FY2023 to $200,000 in FY2024 based upon the financials of ten completed renovation projects in the next two years
